What shipped.

Newest first. Fixes usually land the same week they're reported; the bigger ones get written up here.

    Due lists import in full

A due list printed from Veryon could import as little as a quarter of its tasks, and the rows it did create were titled from the wrong column. It now reads every task block on the page, keeps the vendor's own reference code, and links each task to the manual section it belongs to.

    • Verified against two real due lists from two shops: 113 of 113 and 37 of 37 tasks captured.
    • Airworthiness directives and service bulletins come through with their subject intact.
    • The same task listed once per engine stays two jobs instead of collapsing into one.

Manual search finds the right page again

Searching the manuals by meaning now works for every shop, not just the biggest one. A server-side fix, so it reached every device the moment it shipped.

    • Type a squawk the way a tech would write it: “Emergency exit door seal is cracked” gets you the removal and installation procedure, the task number, and the spares table for ordering.
    • Shops whose manuals were a small share of the library could get no results at all on some searches. Fixed.
    • Results no longer repeat the same page, so eight results mean eight pages.

Invoices bill from the job, not the tail

An invoice used to gather every hour ever logged against an aircraft. Now it bills the work order you are closing out.

    • A 346-line invoice became 25 lines on a real aircraft: one visit, not every visit since intake.
    • Imported due lists and squawks attach themselves to the open work order automatically.
    • On computers that write decimals with a comma, saving an invoice could multiply every line by 100. Fixed everywhere.
  4. v1.8.0 · All apps

    Light mode, and six languages

    • Light mode on all four apps, for shops working in daylight with the door open.
    • Windows runs in six languages. Aviation terms stay in English on purpose: squawk, AD, RTS, A&P, IA, AMM, IPC.
    • Part cost is captured where the part is received, so it lands in the job margin.

    Work-card import stopped losing items

A Veryon work card could import a fraction of what it contained and still report success. The importer now cross-checks itself and says so when the numbers don't agree.

    • Work logs that failed to save now show an error instead of vanishing.
    • Rebuilt Finances: quoted against invoiced, labor and parts split out, CSV download.
    • Clocking out asks which job the hours were for, so time lands on the right aircraft.

Notes on the calendar, and editable part requests

    • Techs can post notes on the shop calendar, for admins only or for everyone.
    • Part requests can be edited after they are raised.
    • Work-log edits are visible: what changed and who changed it.
  7. v1.5.0 · All apps

Equipment with QR labels, and search that understands you

    • Equipment tracking for jacks, scales and torque wrenches, with due dates and printable QR labels.
    • Manual search by meaning: a plain-English squawk finds the right procedure even with no shared words.
    • Type an N-number on intake and the aircraft details fill in from the FAA registry.
  8. v1.4.0 · Windows · Mac

Times and cycles on intake, and import reconciliation

    • Airframe, engine, prop and APU hours and cycles captured when the aircraft arrives.
    • Every import is counted a second, independent way and flagged for review if the counts disagree.
    • The Mac app was rebuilt to match the Windows app screen for screen.
