Refund Policy

Hangar Flow is a monthly subscription. We want you to feel confident trying it — and we want to be straight with you about how billing and refunds work. This page is short on purpose.

1. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard's Plan & Billing card by clicking Manage Subscription. That opens the secure Stripe customer portal where you can cancel, update your card, or change plans. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. There is nothing to "wind down" and no cancellation fee.

2. No partial-month refunds

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. We do not pro-rate or refund partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and your card is not charged again.

3. Seven-day satisfaction window

If you sign up for the first time and decide within 7 days of your initial charge that Hangar Flow isn't a fit for your shop, email [email protected] and we'll refund your first month in full. No interrogation, no "win-back" calls. We'd rather have a happy ex-customer than an unhappy current one.

The 7-day window applies only to your first paid month, only once per organization, and only if you ask in writing within those 7 days.

4. Annual or custom plans

If you've negotiated an annual or custom contract for an Enterprise rollout, refund terms are governed by the agreement we signed with you, not by this page.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), Stripe will automatically retry the charge for up to 14 days. You'll get an email from Stripe each time. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription enters a "past due" state and access may be suspended until a working card is on file. We won't delete your data during this window — updating your card from the Stripe customer portal restores access immediately.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We can almost always resolve a billing question or issue a refund directly within 24 hours, which is faster and cheaper than a card-network dispute. Filing a chargeback may result in your account being suspended pending resolution.
