Features
Every plan includes every feature and all four apps. Nothing here is an add-on.
01 · Work orders
Import a work card or due list and every task becomes a work log on the right aircraft. Each log carries its category, its manual reference and the tech who's on it. A work order rolls those logs into one billable job.
02 · Squawks
A tech logs the squawk on the phone in their pocket, tied to the tail and the job. It stays attached through corrective action to sign-off, and the parts it needs go straight to the parts queue.
03 · Hangar AI
Type a squawk or a part the way you'd say it out loud. Hangar AI searches your shop's manuals by meaning and your own shelves at the same time, then returns the part number, whether it's in stock and where, and the manual page it came from.
AI-assisted, never AI-approved. The manual reference is always one tap away, and the app says so.
04 · Time clock
Techs clock in on the aircraft they're working. Hours wait for admin approval before they bill, so an invoice only ever carries approved time.
05 · Invoices & job costing
From the work order: that job's labor and parts. Then see what every tail actually earned, quoted against invoiced against margin, by week, month or all time. Export to CSV. QuickBooks Online sync is coming soon.
06 · Parts
Inventory with a photo of exactly where the part sits on the shelf, so the new guy finds it on the first try. Parts in and out, what's low, what's on order.
07 · Equipment
Shop equipment with QR labels, hour-meter readings, and the service and calibration dates that follow them. Where it lives, who made it, serial number, proof-load on file.
08 · Manuals
AMMs, IPCs, SRMs and service bulletins, imported as PDFs and indexed with a built table of contents. Filter by tail or kind, open full screen, and keep them on the phone for the hangar with no signal.
iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows and Mac, as real apps. Both appearances on every one, six languages on Windows, and they keep working inside a metal hangar with bad Wi-Fi.
